Hello Everyone!
While it’s been a slow start, Bitcoin momentum has been shifting in the right direction with our latest high at $70,000.
If we think back to this same time 1 year ago, it becomes clear that this sideways price action isn’t something new. It’s almost the same as last year! Not to mention all the times we’ve seen this in the middle of previous cycles.
In the last newsletter, “A Trustworthy Rally”, I talked about the evidence both short-term and long term pointing out that price had bottomed and more upside was in store:
The liquidation heatmap on all high time frames showed sense levels of liquidity to the upside. Unsurprisingly, price has begun moving to clear these layers but there is still more to go.
I will be sure to include an update to this in today’s newsletter.
We also talked about long-term support like the 3-Year-Old Cumulative Bands MVRV:
Support retests like this can be found everywhere, RSI, MVRV-Z, Puell Multiple, and many other metrics.
But even with our bounce in price, it still seems like Bitcoin is struggling to reach new highs. In this newsletter, I’ll be answering the questions on everyone’s mind:
