Hello Everyone!
At long last, Bitcoin is making a comeback with more new ATHs beyond $120,000. We’ve now survived cycle top calls, recession calls, and many more psychological uncertainties. This has been the cycle of perseverance.
Crypto is entering the end of the cycle. Well… depending on who you ask.
There are more opinions on what comes from here than there have ever been before, and most people seem to believe they know what the “majority” is thinking (usually the opposite of what they’re thinking.
But there is no consensus. Some people believe the cycle will be over within the next few months, some by the end of the year. A large portion are now leaning towards a 2026 timeline where the cycle extends far beyond where it normally would because of the slow price action.
Some people believe there will be no bear market. Some think that Altseason is just around the corner, others think that Altcoin strength will grind to dust as Bitcoin strength slowly returns to 100%, effectively sending alts to 0.
And then there’s you, trying to navigate all of these ideas and figure out the way forward.
The goal of this newsletter is to give you my thoughts and show you what I’m watching to prepare for the cycle top.
In April, after the short-term success of the blue path, I laid out this purple path, which gave a more conservative approach and accounted for slower price action, which I found more likely. This was introduced in the newsletter, “I Know I Can”
And here are the two paths now:
After continuing for a while on the blue path, price has merged to the purple, which has a trajectory for 160k in August or September.
As price escalates to new highs, data and price levels are heating up. The Magic Bands, which I recently mentioned on X, are showing Bitcoin breaking above level 3, which if confirmed, targets the final band… the cycle top.
Cycle top data, like the consecutive candles, is starting to flash early warning signs.
Whatever your decision will be or whoever’s ideas you side with, it is more important to be prepared now than ever before.
